This research aims to determine how the SWOT Analysis and Business Model Canvas results at PT Nordic Solusi Indonesia are designed design right strategy. The approach uses qualitative descriptive methods. informants from study used snowball sampling technique by conducting interviews with three informants. of this that analysis results, has an advantage in Value Proposition Key Partnership elements. Meanwhile, weakness lies Customer Segments, Channels, Resources, Activities. Opportunities owned Revenue Streams element. At same time, threats Cost structure applied strategy concept broadens scope Segment. Adding new value Proposition, such as a member system for customers, expanding sales on channels opening or creating particular website separate headquarter website, developing existing Relationship providing discounts certain purchases, holding gatherings seminars free training, add creation services, design, other traffic increase Stream, maximize all values Activities partners Partnerships current Structure additional capital carry out more explicit detailed planning regarding use funds avoid uncontrolled funds.
